Do you sell any of your products through the internet or on an individual basis?
Not at this time. IES specializes in the design of each installation. We want to make sure the customer is happy with every stage, so we have to know what
components work well with each other.
Do I have to know much about a/v equipment to contract IES?
Definitely not, but it would help to have a general idea about what you are wanting to get out of your installation. IES staff members will sit down with you
every step of the way and explain what each product does and why you want that product installed.
Can you conduct a demonstration on the products you are going to put in before they are installed?
Of course. We want you to be happy and satisfied with the products we install for you, and this means, demonstrating the product for you. On some occasions, we
might bring the manufacturer down for a larger demonstration. IES also conducts dealer shows, in which we will have the hottest products on display for you to
come by and see everything all the things we can do for you.
